Stax Elite Training is known for our all inclusive lifestyle transformations through our Semi-Private Personal Training paired with Nutritional Coaching.

All programs are customized to your individual fitness level and abilities and can be paired with our Nutrition Coaching.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN YOUR SEMI-PRIVATE SESSONS?

Semi-Private Training is maximum of 6 clients.

We are very strict upon these numbers to ensure we provide the best coaching experience possible

I AM OVER 40 YEARS OLD AND HAVE NEVER WORKED OUT. WILL I BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY DO YOUR TRAINING SESSIONS?

Yes, we welcome those who are just getting started. Our fitness experts will assess your starting point and build a 100% customized and individual training program for you in our Personal Training and Semi-Private Training.

Every 4-weeks your training program and your progress will be evaluated with Body composition scans on our InBody 270 scanner.

Following each Assessment your training program will be custom built just for you. 

Even in our Semi-Private Training we can tailor your training intensity and exercises according to you fitness level and abilities. 

Many of our clients have injuries and concerns when getting started that we work around. It's very common for us to help with low back pain, shoulder injuries, and knee pains.
