Every 4-weeks your training program and your progress will be evaluated with Body composition scans on our InBody 270 scanner.
Following each Assessment your training program will be custom built just for you.
Even in our Semi-Private Training we can tailor your training intensity and exercises according to you fitness level and abilities.
